When do I get my ordered product? What is the delivery time?

This depends on the type of product you have ordered, the delivery address and the mix of products in case more then 1 product is ordered.

It should be mentioned that many times these products are on stock and can be delivered within a few dasy. In case of large volume orders, we will contact you personally to see a possible delivery time for this.

In case multiple products are ordered with different dispatch times, FOC will send 1 package with all products (unless required differently). The longest dispatch time should be taken into account for this.

Is it possible to return the goods? What is you return policy?

Is it possible to order your product with a different color?

The possible options are outlined in the online store. If the required color is not available, this would lead into a custom order. Please contact us at shop@freedomofcreation.com with your special requests.

With your wall lights, is it possible to connect the cable directly into the wall power outlet?

Yes. The wall light dimmer is not a transformer, so you can simply cut the cable and connect it directly to your power outlet.

How are your products made?

All our designs are first modeled and created in 3D software. These 3D-files will transform into physical products by means of several 3D printing technologies. By following this link you can read and see how 3D printing works

Do you offer custom designs?

All our work is based on CAD files, so many of our products can be customized. Please visit our projects page and you will see some examples of these opportunities. If you are an interior designer working on new projects, please contact us directly (info@freedomofcreation.com) and we can give you more examples of the custom design and manufacturing services that we offer.
