When do I get my ordered product? What is the delivery time?

This depends on the type of product you have ordered, the delivery address and the mix of products in case more then 1 product is ordered.


The guaranteed dispatch times (time we need to make the order ready for shipping) are:

Textiles	1 week

It should be mentioned that many times these products are on stock and can be delivered within 24 hours. In case big volume orders are required, we will contact you personally to see a possible delivery time for this.

In case multiple products are ordered with different dispatch times, FOC will send 1 package with all products (unless required differently). The longest dispatch time should be taken into account for this.

Is it possible to return the goods? What is you return policy?

Is it possible to order your product with a different color?

With your wall lights, is this possible to put the cable directly into the wall and not use the dimmer?

Yes. The dimmer is not a transformer, so you can simply cut the cable and connect it directly to your power outlet.

Do you work with other than Rapid Manufacturing technologies?

We are design company specialized in this, but FOC is interested in all sorts of techniques, which enable virtual storage and direct manufacturing of goods from computer data.

Do you provide custom designs?

All our work is based on CAD files, so many of the features can be customized for special wishes. Please visit our projects page and you will see some examples of the possibilities. If you are an interior designer working on some new projects, please have direct contact with us (info@freedomofcreation.com) and we can give you more examples of the possibilities that we have.

How can I become a designer at FOC?

Because most of our work is digital, this enables us to just grap a laptop along and work from the park. We are busy creating a flexible design environment, where designers can collaborate on projects regardless of their whereabouts.
